It's a new look for a new day. This is the relaunch of Baconcake.com. Look forward to new content as time and attitude permits. Baconcake fell on hard times in 2013 when FB became the picture sharing app of choice. A server crash and moving Baconcake to a hosting company also resulted in several problems with navigation around the site. So, we are starting over with a fresh interface and hopefully no broken links. We'll see...

"Introducing "Originals" on Baconcake...

"Originals" will allow sizing on mobile devices and also download capability. The side bar will remain with links to specific places on Baconcake. This new top down approach will give easy access to areas of Baconcake that are specific to a topic. The "Memories by Year" will be updated after newly scanned images are imported and linked. The "Scanned Photos" is where pictures are placed prior to inclusion into the "Memories by Year" section. As I scan pictures they will be linked on the side bar and periodically moved into the main site and uploaded. I will attempt to guess what year pictures were taken but some will be ridiculously wrong. There will be many duplicates and pictures that don't go together, but at least they are up here and not in a box in the closet. Let me know about changes I should make and I will either try to fix them or completely ignore your requests... depends on the day... JK!
